Families are encouraged to attend this event and explore organic cooking with Chef Mehta by sampling his culinary creations. Attendees will receive a free copy of his book (and free samples,YUM!!)  which they will get signed at The Scholastic Store after the cooking demonstration. *Books are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis*.

Go ! for an inspired adventure in art-making! At Family Day on April 9, kids and their adults will cut, shape and build a model of any boat imaginable with balsa wood and use Japanese paper for the sails! Markers, colored tape and an astounding variety of fun and beautiful collage materials will be provided to enhance your boats.

Also on Saturday don’t forget about the Touch a Truck event!
