As I am recovering from a sickly cough and a sore throat I remembered!! OH shoot!! Today is Friday!! Gotta see whats happening today and this weekend. Besides it is Earth week right? So many Eco Friendly activities should be around somewhere.
There is more to come for this weekend but Lets start here for now:
PistachiO: A Brooklyn Girl Made of Trash

This Boutique is hosting a musical play outside, Pistachio—a girl made from “good” recycled materials—protects her community from “bad” (eco-unfriendly) garbage. Audience members are encouraged to sing and dance along with colorful puppets made from recycled materials. I love still Hip.:-)

The legendary book emporium hosts author Brian Yanish and a creative cast of creatures for the release of The ScrapKins Build-It Book in honor of Earth Day. With Yanish’s guidance, the whole family will learn how to make beautiful recycled art.
