Twirl, two step or tap your way to Lower Manhattan for this 29th annual fest. Lori Belilove & The Isadora Dance Company perform and then invite kids to get on stage and groove. Battery Park performance located on the lawn, adjacent to State St at Pearl St.  The festival will take place in One New York Plaza and Battery Park from August 14th – 20th.
